Renter’s rebate of up to $200.00 will be processed and mailed when renter has met all of the requirements and only after
1 Source Apartment Locators receives payment from renter’s property that was leased.
The following rebates can be awarded:
- $50 cash rebate for rents from $750-$850
- $100 cash rebate for rents from $851-$1,000
- $150 cash rebate for rents from $1,001-$1,500
- $200 cash rebate for rents greater than $1,501

- Free Move (rent must be over $1000 on qualifying apartments)
